This workshop is delivered on-site for individual agencies (max 8 delegates). It is delivered over a one or two day period depending on the scope of the workshop or facilitation required. We will tailor the format of this workshop to meet your individual board’s requirements, including the provision of a diagnostic workshop if requested.

Our consultant will also ensure that your strategy is compliant with current law and regulations following the clear principles set out by the Companies Act, Charity Commission, and The FRC Corporate Governance Code.

A one-day workshop can be delivered on-site for individual agencies (max 8 delegates) for a cost of £899. Two-day workshops (consecutive days) are also available for £1399 + expenses.
